Join one of WA’s leading landscape ecologists and eucalyptus expert Nathan McQuoid. Nathan leads this excursion to discover the diverse and unique local Eucalypts. A day tour through woodlands, Mt Short in the Ravensthorpe Range, lower parts of the Range and into the Fitzgerald River National Park.
This tour takes you into various ecological landscapes ones that Nathan has studied over decades. Nathan has been honoured with a Euclayptus being named after him; Eucalyptus mcquoidii. He is a passionate supporter of the natural world and works in a consultative capacity through his own business Ecology Events and is past Chairperson for the Fitzgerald Biosphere Community Collective.
This is a Bus tour so limited seats are available.
Come prepared for short walks in the bush, so wear suitable clothing & shoes, bring sunscreen, insect repellent, water, snacks and LUNCH
